What is Push Therapy?
PUSH (Power Under Soft Hands), a specialized form of muscle therapy, relieves chronic and
acute pain originating from muscle, tendon, or ligament tension.  Pressure is carefully and
systematically applied to muscles and soft tissue, restoring blood flow and oxygen essential for
muscle relaxation.

An emerging muscle therapy, PUSH Therapy works to lengthen and relax tight, rigid, and
painful muscles.  Results often surprise clients, as PUSH Therapy can affect relief in most
parts of the body producing remarkable results for conditions previously considered
untreatable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is PUSH deep tissue massage?
No.  In contrast to massage therapy where therapists typically work along the length of the
muscle, PUSH Therapy works across the muscle.  This releases constricted muscle fibers
enabling blood and oxygen to once again flow into muscle tissue offering lasting relief from
discomfort and pain.

Is this like Rolfing?”
No.  PUSH Therapy works to pinpoint the source of the discomfort, address the root cause of
the pain and resultant symptoms.  It works only as deep as the tissue allows – no deeper.
